Shakib in English spinner Swann’s best ODI XI

Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has been named in the best XI of former English player and top spinner Graeme Swann.

Graeme Swann has selected his best ODI XIs from the current crop of players based on their performances in the recent past.

Indian captain Virat Kohli Virat Kohli has been picked as a common choice of Graeme Swann, Michael Vaughn and Marcus North in their respective current best ODI XI.

Explaining the reasons behind picking up Shakib in his XI, Swann said “He’s a brilliant ODI player, brilliant ODI bowler. He’s also good with bat”.

He, however, picked up Shakib as a bowling all-rounder but at the same time he expected something from him with bat as well.
